Feature request: Bandwidth limitation (rsync -bwlimit)
A great feature to add to CCC would be what's already supported in rsync, to limit the network bandwidth (using the flag -bwlimit).
This would be important when backing up to remote machines (outside of the local network) when the available broadband uplink speed is limited at the same time web servers etc are required to be available at the same time.
